And, yes, I know that’s not homework in front of Jimmy Stewart. But it kind of works, doesn’t it? I could take this opportunity to talk about what a great movie “Mr. Smith Goes to Washington” is, but I guess I’d better get to work. Wait! Isn’t that H.B. Warner, “Mr Gower” from “It’s a Wonderful Life”, over Jimmy’ shoulder? Why, I think it is! That’s a great movie, too. Remember when Mr. Gower hits little George in his bad ear because he’s drunk and his son just died in the….OH, ALL RIGHT! I’m going!
